The Vollrath 5435 loaf pan is made of lightweight 3000 series aluminum, so it resists bending and can be lifted in and out of ovens repeatedly without straining the user. It can accommodate 5 pounds of dough and is anodized to resist corrosion. This 10-inch by 5-inch by 4-inch pan can be used to produce uniformly sized loaves of bread or cake and the high sides contain rising dough as it cooks.
