  This half size sheet pan measures at 18" x 13" x 1"H and is constructed from economy weight, 19 gauge, impact-resistant 3000 series aluminum. The tapered design is for easy stacking and the galvanized, non-rusting rod reinforces the closed bread pan. The concave bottom flattens during heating to provide for even heat distribution.
