Vollrath 9001 Wear-Ever Heavy Duty Sheet Pan

 

  This sheet pan from Vollrath measures at 18" x 26" x 1" and is constructed of 16 gauge, impact-resistant 300 series aluminum with a natural finish. The tapered design is for easy stacking and the concave bottoms flatten during heating for even heat distribution. The closed bead pans include a galvanized, non-rusting rod for reinforcement.
