Returns & Exchanges
At Jean's Restaurant Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your professional standards, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your return via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to the address provided by our support team; please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
