Jayhawk GRCH-2 Rocky Mountain RM1424 Lift Off Griddle
This lift-off griddle is used to turn standard, open top, commercial gas or electric ranges into a griddle. It measures 14" x 24" and covers two burners. It is constructed of unbreakable 7 gauge steel and features four pour spouts for easy grease pour-off. The new, cool handles provide increased maneuverability and the vertical sidewalls allow for better food preparation. The temperature range is up to 600°F (315.556°C).
