  This versatile roasting and baking pan measures 17-5/8" by 11-3/4", it is constructed impact resistant 3004 aluminum and holds 7.5 quarts. You can use this pan to both bake and roast and it is the standard size for most commercial uses. You can use this pan to bake a cake and later, after cleaning and washing, you can use it to also roast a turkey. The welded handles provide extra support for when transferring the product.
