This tapered/nesting pizza pan is 10" in diameter and 1-1/2" deep. It is solid and constructed of 18 gauge aluminum.

Aluminum Care and Use:
Aluminum is a soft metal that is attacked by detergents with a high alkaline or acidic nature. Use detergents made specifically for aluminum. Through repeated use, aluminum will soften and, if scoured, will thin. Hand-wash only using mild detergent made specifically for aluminum.
