Ā Ā The John Boos GT-100-X has a 100-pound grease capacity and a 50 gallons per minute flow rate. The inlet/outlet is 4" with no-hub connections. A T-Vent is included. This grease interceptor has a no-skid cover and a removable baffle. The cover is also easily removable as well.
