The Robot Coupe are excellent for any kitchen that needs to increase their productivity to slicing foods. It is simple to use and the controls are easy to understand, all you have to know is there is an off and on switch. There is a lever-activated auto restart, making it more user-friendly and optimizes safety. Its poly-carbonate motor base is designed to withstand the processing of large quantities.
The Robot Coupe CL50E Vegetable Preparation Machine is ideal for slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding, and making French fries from all types of fruit and vegetables, as well as grating cheese. The industrial induction motor is intended for intensive use. It can serve anywhere between 50 to 400 meals per service.
The vegetable preparation machine is equipped with 2 hoppers, 1 kidney shaped for bulky vegetables like cabbage and beets. This large hopper cab accommodate up to 10 tomatoes at a time. The other hopper is cylindrical for long and delicate vegetables. It includes a continuous feed lead that is removable. It has a reversible discharge plate for processing delicate produce. The vertical pusher pressure exerted on vegetables ensures uniform cuts. This unit comes standard with two processing discs and there is a large source of 52 discs available.
