The Vollrath VEPPT308 food carrier is made of expanded polypropylene—a durable, lightweight material that maintains food and drink temperatures for over 4 hours. Minimizing environmental impact as well as streamlining cleanup, this material is both recyclable and dishwasher safe. The box has a full-size compartment that holds pans that are 6 inches deep or smaller. Operators can load pans in from the top, and a lid is included for transport. A label holder is integrated into the exterior to hold product identifiers so users know what's inside the box.
