Vollrath 15103 InstaSlice Tomato Slicer, 1/4" Cut, Scalloped Blades

The Vollrath 15103 InstaSlice™ tomato slicer quickly slices through large volumes of tomatoes that could prove difficult to slice by hand. It makes uniform cuts without scoring the skin and, because the blade assembly has a one-piece design, it's simple to pop in and out for cleaning. This assembly is corrosion resistant, along with the food carrier, so it won't be damaged by harsh, acidic tomato juices. While users slice tomatoes, the table stop keeps it in place.
