  This Vollrath blade assembly is for 3/8" dicing and must be used with InstaCut models. It's always a good idea to keep an extra pair or two in your kitchen because you never know when one of your blades will get dull. Not only is using not safe to use dull cutting utensils for dicing, but the fruits and veggies you dice will begin to look sloppily cut and smashed. Always make sure you use a sharp blade to make nice and clean cuts each and every time.
