This steam table pan is a half size perforated steam table insert that is 4'' deep and has an 7 quart capacity. The pan is constructed of 24 gauge stainless steel and has anti-jamming reinforced edges & corners that resisst bending. The space between pans creates ventilation, allowing pans to dry completely for proper sanitation.
