This forest hardwood underliner is a must have accessory for any kitchen. It is 11-3/4"L x 9-1/4"W oval and 3/4" thick. This underliner will not only protect your employees from the scorching hot cast iron griddles, but it will also protect tables and counter tops from heat damage that may occur. Water will not cause damage to this underliner, because it has an oil finish to protect it.
Fits LOS3 & LOSH3 Serving Griddles - sold separately!
- Constructed of 3/4-inch thick, cross laminated, cold forest hardwoods
- Computer routed and finished with water resistant oil and/or lacquer
- Do not place under hot salamander, broiler, or in oven due to risk of fire
- Made in the USA
