  The Hobart HL200C-1STD is durable and reliable with three fixed speeds for incorporating blending and mixing of ingredients. This unit supports consistent and thorough mixing each and every time. It has Shift-on the Fly controls which makes this mixer extremely flexible. The operator can change the speed of the mixer while it is in operation. Product splash-out is reduced, all thanks to its gentle transition to higher speeds.

 

  It has a 15-minute Start Timer that supports recipe mixing times and provides accurate results to eliminate overmixing. This unit includes automatic time recall and can remember the set speed time for a previous batch. This is perfect for making multiple batches of cookie dough, or even icing and fondant for when you have large cake orders to fill. This unit includes a beater and a wire whip, and a #12 taper hub. This hub can be used to connect this mixer to power other attachments.The stainless-steel bowel guard provides protection. The safety interlock prevents operation when the front portion of the guard is not in the correct position.
