   The Dexter-Russell Dexter 360 (36008G) Slicer Knife has a 9" scalloped edged straight blade. The blade is constructed of DEXSTEEL, a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade, with an individually ground and honed edge.

 

   The high-impact black and green handle with a finger guard has an ergonomic design and is constructed of durable polypropylene and slip-resistant Santoprene.
