  This V-Lo 29343 roast slicer is duo-edge and measures 12". It is constructed of DEXSTEEL, stain-free, high-carbon steel with a soft-to-the-touch handle.The composite handle fuses the soft comfort of Santoprene with the firm control of a polypropylene core. The handle also has a Dex-Tex Armadillo texture for a secure grip.
