The Grill Thermometer features unique grips for easy removal from the hot grill surface. It has a HACCP reference dial with a 2-1/2" diameter. The temperature ranges from 100 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit with a +/- 25 degrees Fahrenheit temperature accuracy. It has a cast aluminum housing with bi-metal coil movement. It has a glass magnifying lens for easy reading.
