Cambro PR314151 Peg Rack
The Cambro PR314151 is a soft grey, Camrack Peg Rack that is 9 rows by 9 rows and is best used for standard plates, bowls, trays, and plate lids. It is perfect for hotels, restaurants, and catering operations that will save you time, money, and resources. The rounded handles on all four sides make this rack easy to grip and handle. The smooth sides and corners reduce the risk of injury.
The Camrack system is composed of three components that combine to create a fully enclosed, portable unit. The fully enclosed design eliminates the need to rewash glassware. it will protect glassware and keep it clean until the next event, eliminating the need for rewashing. The open side compartments provide through circulation of water and cleaning solutions and promote quick and thorough drying. Long-lasting polypropylene Camracks are built to withstand chemicals and high temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Standard 9 x 9 Peg Rack:
- Designed to wash varying sized plates, bowls, trays and plate covers.
- Standard peg racks hold:
- Eighteen 10" (25,4 cm) plates
- Twelve 12" (30,5 cm) plates
- Twenty-seven 7-1/2" (19 cm) plates
or - Nine 14" x 18" (36 x 46 cm) trays.
