This cutting board has a non-skid surface that will not dull knives, chip, crack, peel or warp. Made from non-absorbent, stain-resistant polyethylene (Blend - 70% HDPE + 30% LDPE) that won't harbor foodborne bacteria.
Using a Color Code System for food groups takes the risk out of cross-contamination and promote Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
